Well known ceramic artist, Clementina van der Walt, recently spent some time at the Leach Pottery in St Ives, Cornwall which culminated in an exhibition there titled ‘SOUTH AFRICA TO SOUTH WEST’.
“I was inspired by the abstract painters and the beautiful light of St.Ives”, says van der Walt.
Clementina wanted to continue the thread of ideas developed there so decided to have an exhibition of work made since my return, now titled ‘CORNWALL TO CAPE TOWN’.
