Season of exploration and celebration

It’s Earth Day on Monday 22 April, and EARTHBOX is offering everyone a free ticket to come and visit, enjoying an additional free audio tour until 11:30am. No booking required.

This season of exploration and celebration continues into April and May with events curated for the curious. The EARTHBOX experience is a portal into the intricate relationship we have with deep time. It is also a moment of possibility to leave that concept of time behind, returning to our profound and instinctive understanding of being part of something greater and older than ourselves.

PLAY BY NATURE WORKSHOPS

Earth Day, Earthbox

Play by Nature

From noon till 3pm, EARTHBOX will be closed as they host a Play By Nature workshop for a group of children supported by Imibala, a local organization that is making a profound and sustainable impact on the lives of children from impoverished communities.

Play by Nature will also host a public Earth Day Children’s Workshop from 3-4pm on Monday 22 April for children aged 3-8 years. Tickets are R350 per child and R100 per accompanying adult. BOOK NOW

SECRET SUNRISE – JOURNEY INTO THE EARTH

In preparation for Earth Day, EARTHBOX has partnered with Secret Sunrise to present a Journey into the Earth. An evening of meditation and dance, one of Cape Town’s favourite gatherings is coming to the Winelands from 6-8pm on Sunday 21 April. Tickets for this very special connection to the Earth, and ourselves, are R350. BOOK HERE

The EARTHBOX experience can be booked seven days a week. Enhance your visit with a deeper layer of story by booking an audio tour at point of purchase, and be sure to stop in at the merchandise store (they are having some promotions in April too)!
