Melanie Burke, StreetSmart Vice Chairman, makes some suggestions with the focus on women in and around Cape Town. “As a woman, I think I’m allowed to sin and admit to being sexist in Woman’s Month,” says Melanie with a broad grin. “I’m including some options in the Winelands as well – Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Paarl and Wellington are easy day trips or smart weekend away destinations.” Watch out for Melanie’s recommendations when she takes us on a weekend away to Swellendam and along the Garden Route.
