Woman Zone invites you to join them for a Story Café presentation on the Origins of Ubuntu by Fatima Dike followed by an interactive workshop.
‘Kindness, compassion, humanity – this is what people usually say when asked what ubuntu means. But it’s so much more than that.’
Fatima Dike, herself so much more than an award-winning theatre maker and activist, gives a presentation that looks at the role of family, clans, ancestors, meditation, reflection and the five essential virtues.
Followed by an interactive workshop led by Nita Munkanjee and an opportunity to share your thoughts and questions.
