The annual Sustainable Seafood Fest at the Maker’s Landing at the V&A Waterfront is titled Cape Catch – and aims to showcase and celebrate all things local & traceable seafood.

The sneak preview on Thursday 3, introduced guests to an excellent panel discussion providing an informed background as to the reasons for promoting sustainability, the challenges, and driven by the V&A Waterfront, the positive impact this drive to sustainability was having. The panel was headed by Dr. Judy Mann-Lang, Executive of Strategic Projects at the Two Oceans Aquarium Foundation.

Visitors to the Cape Catch can look forward to understanding the issues and how restaurants at the V&A Waterfront are focusing on seafood sustainability.
