Gallery F is hosting their last walkabout for the Evidence Of Time exhibition, a presentation of historically significant South African photography drawn from the PAPA-SA archive.
This exhibition brings together works that reflect on memory, social change and the role photography plays in shaping how South Africa is recorded and understood over time.
The walkabout offers a closer look at the works on display, alongside the broader archival work that supports their preservation. It is also an opportunity to engage more directly with the stories behind the images and the context in which they were made by the photographers.
Featuring works by Jillian Edelstein, Barry Lategan, David Lurie, Jodi Bieber, Paul Alberts, Pierre Crocquet, Jürgen Schadeberg, Juhan Kuus and Dale Yudelman.
You are welcome to invite some friends to join, Please reply to E gavin@galleryf.co.za to confirm RSVP (+ number of guests).
