Open Design Cape Town is an annual citywide cross-disciplinary celebration and sharing of design and design-thinking.
Gearing up for WDC2014, and being the place to find out what’s happening on the Cape Town design scene, MapMyWay has created a link to Open Design. “Taking place from 21 – 31 August, this inaugural citywide 10-day event creates an educational, informative and inclusive platform where through design and its numerous disciplines, it aims to galvanise Cape Town’s community to openly share their design with each other, raising awareness to the significance and relevance of design today” says the Open Design website.
And MapMyWay looks forward to be part of this design oriented event that in many ways kicks off our status as World Design Capital Cape Town 2014.
