Off to the food market we go! The experience all Capetonians have come to love – and are just so good at – comes to the Cape Town Stadium from 15-18 October.
From our origin as South Africa’s first port city, we have grown, harvested, cooked, and feasted on it all through the years. We’ve kept the best, fused the rest and have matched with design to create, by 2014, an extraordinary vibrant food scene, as multi-coloured as the Muizenberg beach huts.
The menu will showcase our street food culture, our coffee explosion, our city farms and craft beer industry, not forgetting our Cape curries and designer boeries. It will be served from trendy trucks and tressles, from barrels and baskets and accompanied by lekker local sounds.
The Food Feast will give you a taste of what you will experience at the Spier Secret Festival (#WDC223) on the 25th October.
