These school holidays, teddy bears at the V&A Waterfront are inviting young visitors to join them for a lot more than just a picnic.
In fact, Hamley and Hatty Bear will be at the Amphitheatre from 1pm to 2pm every day between 3 and 9 October, to invite children under 12 up on stage to participate in fun games and to win spot prizes.
The two Hamleys bears form just a part of the free entertainment on offer each day at the ‘Bringing Toys to Life’ event. Youngsters will also be kept amused by toy demonstrations and trips from the Cape Wheel to the Watershed and back on the Hamleys train, which will offer free rides between 2pm and 4pm for the duration of the holidays.
