Experience the ultimate health and wellness trends that fitness-conscious foodies are talking about at this year’s Good Food & Wine Show.
For the first time ever, the show will have a dedicated Wellness area offering a wide variety of health and wellness experiences.
There will be loads to learn from the line-up of speakers and special guests in the Eat Well…Live Well Theatre.
Topics range from ‘Stress and How It Affects Digestion’ to ‘The Evolution of Diet’. Guest speakers will include trend analyst and forecaster Dave Nemeth who also happens to be one of the top creative influencers in South Africa.
Celebrity chef, author and star of Sarah Graham’s Food Safari, Sarah Graham demonstrate how to whip up healthy, mouth-watering meals. “I’m so excited to be cooking back in Cape Town, I love the festiveness of the Good Food & Wine Show and the amazing cross section of visitors. I am really looking forward to spending time in the theatre sharing my new favourite recipes with everyone,” says Graham.
When not being ‘edutained’, show-goers can take the latest health and wellness related goodies on a taste test at the various exhibition stalls. Sipping on Blendavenda’s pedal-powered smoothies crammed full of fresh fruit, munching on Atkins’ new flavour-filled fudge caramel bar minus the carbs and swigging Almond Breeze’s almond milk offerings, are just some of the treats in store for your taste buds. You can also witness fitness club, The H.I.I.T Club, in action; take a fitness test and join in the mini-classes and challenges.
Don’t miss out on the other seven areas at the show, including
- Lifestyle,
- Wine, Beer & Alcohol,
- Kids, Market & Streetfood,
- Baking and
- Gourmet.
Each will offer visitors opportunities to interact with exhibitors, uncover the latest trends and take part in entertaining and informative hands-on experiences.
