Andile Dyalvane, one of South Africa’s foremost ceramic artists, offers a unique insight into his distinct vernacular during a walkabout of his solo show, Idladla.
The exhibition pivots around the artist’s central values of cultural preservation and gratitude.
Andile Dyalvane is the recipient of the 2014 Southern Guild Design Foundation Icon Award. He has earned residencies in various cities around the world as well as a prestigious solo exhibition at Friedman Benda in New York City in 2016.
