Musicians of the Minnesota Orchestra’s Brass Ensemble will perform free Women’s Day concert at the V&A Waterfront.
This Women’s Day, the five members of the multiple Grammy Award-winning Minnesota Orchestra’s Brass Ensemble will perform a free 30-minute concert at the V&A Waterfront’s Amphitheatre from 4.30pm. The musicians are in South Africa for the South African leg of an international Nelson Mandela centenary celebration tour with the rest of their orchestra and famed music director Osmo Vänskä. The tour marks the first-ever visit to South Africa by a professional American orchestra.
