Spier Noble Song is the focus of wine tasting at the Spier Wine Estate. From March – 31 May 2022, join Spier for a delicious wine and food pairing with Spier Noble Song: a new limited edition, single varietal red wine range expertly crafted without the use of additional sulphur dioxide.
The tasting costs R150 per person and reservations are recommended. The tasting includes:
- Noble Song Merlot
With roasted goat’s cheese melanzane topped with fresh Neapolitan basil - Noble Song Shiraz
With mushroom & herb pâté en croûte - Noble Song Pinotage
With oven-baked cheese tart served with a Parmesan crisp and three-cheese savoury custard - Noble Song Cabernet Sauvignon
With gorgonzola, almonds, oats and pineapple chutney
