Divine Wine Boutique is hosting an evening with Herman Charles Bosman stories at 8pm on Thursday, April 7th . The show Oom Schalk from the Heart stars seasoned Cape Town actor, David Muller and is directed by the theatre doyen Celia Musikanth. Supper will be served.

Having toured the villages of South Africa to rave reviews and full houses it is coming to you for its baptism in wine, laughter and theatre fun. David Muller “truly inhabits Oom Schalk with no moment when we were not transported into the reality he created”, to quote one critic. Another felt that it was wonderful to hear Bosman come alive in Muller’s story telling. Beverley Brommert, in the Cape Argus says, “Muller’s final exit leaves one craving for more of this entertainment, addictive as Willem Prinsloo’s peach brandy.”
