Nicole Engelbrecht entered creative entrepreneurship after many years in corporate management. In 2019 she launched South Africa’s first victim-focused true crime podcast which has become one of South Africa’s most successful and most listened to podcasts in the country. She has collaborated with Showmax to develop the country’s first companion podcasts for true-crime documentaries.
Bare Bones is her fourth book.
