The newly renovated Rosebank Theatre opens with Live with Ivy.
Live with Ivy is a nostalgic trip into a gentler past through a story that starts in 1950s Nyasaland (now Malawi) before it leaps to London’s West End in the 1980s. The Garrick family has been in the theatre for 200 years, but things are changing, and young Ivy (Claire Berlein) must make a choice between law and the stage. Uncle Rex (Nicholas Ellenbogen) is drawn back to the theatre by his wily niece.
