The Cape Craft + Design Institute (CCDI) is excited to be launching a crowdsourcing campaign to re-imagine the future of early childhood education in South Africa.

The future requires children to be nimble, creative and collaborative.

So, CCDI is gathering together designers and education innovators to help them build spaces, tools, and equipment that will re-imagine early childhood education.

How can pre-schools prepare the next generation of problem solvers, collaborators, and critical thinkers? Do you have ideas? Entry phase runs from September 14 to November 6 and there is $10 000 of prize money up for grabs.

The future requires children to be nimble, creative and collaborative. And we know the first 1000 days of a child’s education are the most important. How can pre-schools prepare the next generation of problem solvers, collaborators, and critical thinkers?

Design pre-school spaces, tools and equipment that re-define early childhood education in Cape Town, South Africa!
