“Friendship has always been a deep seated priority in my life. I am incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by many meaningful friendships; lifelong friends who have become family, people I met once but connected with deeply… I try to always cross the road to greet someone I know and I love connecting, it is at the core of who I am as a human.
And the most important part of friendship for me is staying connected. It has been hard to do this over the past 18 months; I feel like I have put much of my social energy into connecting via email, Zoom and whatsapp.
I am overjoyed to be able to spend time with friends in real life, doing things which we all used to take for granted – so this month, I am happy to share some of our ideas of what you can do in Cape Town, with friends.
