Magical mischief and adorable animals abound at the V&A Waterfront these October school holidays, with the return of the Petting Zoo and College of Magic just in time to keep little ones occupied.
3 to 7 October: College of Magic keeps kids and parents Spellbound
Filled with grand illusion and theatrical wonders, let astonishment take over and the impossible become reality during the College of Magic’s Spellbound at the V&A Amphitheatre these school holidays.
Families of all ages can look forward to daily magic shows from Monday, 3 to Friday, 5 October between 2 and 3pm. These thrilling magic and comedy experiences are suitable for the whole family, but remember: anything can happen during this magical performance!
3 to 9 October: Petting Zoo returns with more fluffy friends
The ever-popular Petting Zoo will return to the V&A Waterfront this October, giving younger visitors the chance to cuddle up to their favourite furry friends. Situated near the Kids Ahoy Playground (opposite the Cape Wheel), the Petting Zoo will be open to children of all ages from 10am to 5pm from Monday, 3 to Sunday, 9 October.
Entrance is affordably priced at just R25, making it the perfect way to entertain the kids these school holidays. Tickets are available at the door.
