Rust-en-Vrede Gallery in Durbanville present three exhibitions.

A solo exhibition of abstract-surreal portraits by Elzabè Kritzinger.  Kritzinger  states : “People’s stories resonate within me. For hands and words sometimes hurt – but are mostly used to heal. Walking next to us are animals and birds. Sometimes they even show us the way. The eyes tell you everything”. This description sets the tone for a series of colourful and quirky work, which can only be described as mesmerizing.

This Exhibition will open alongside a solo exhibition by Czech-born Tulbach artist Vasek Matousek (known for his theatrical and tongue-in-cheek sculptures and paintings).

A Two-man Ceramic Show in the Clay Museum by Hennie Meyer and Theo Kleynhans, titled “Alles en Niks” / “Everything and Nothing” is the third show.

WHEN: until 22 February.

WHERE: Rust-en-Vrede Gallery, 10 Wellington Rd, Durbanville, Cape Town, 7550
