The debut Shane Cooper record ‘Oscillations’ will be launched in Cape Town on Thursday 22 August at The Mahogany Room. The album features Kesivan Naidoo (drums), Bokani Dyer (piano, rhodes), Reza Khota (guitar), Justin Bellairs (alto saxophone), Buddy Wells (tenor saxophone). The album was co-produced by Shane and Carlo Mombelli.

Shane was awarded the 2013 Standard Bank Young Artist of the Year for Jazz, and selected as one of the Mail & Guardian’s 200 Young South Africans for 2013.
