Two great trumpeters premier in Cape Town this weekend

Jazz in the Native Yards in collaboration with the Labia Theatre (Orange Street, Gardens) premier Don Cheadle’s movie on the music and life of Miles Davis, Miles Ahead.

Before the screening of the movie, Joburg based trumpeter Mandla Mlangeni, Oz Yahiely (bass ), Felix Wolf (drums) from Switzerland journey into the sounds of healing.

This into to the movie is to promote their upcoming gig in the Native Yards on Sunday 10 July from 3pm, kwa Sec, Ny 138, no 52 in Gugulethu featuring special guests Mark Fransman and Dizu Plaatjies.
