The V&A Kids Market is back! For this Easter weekend, head down to the V&A Kids Market at the Centre Court (outside H&M) from 9am until 2pm. This exciting platform is for children to showcase their creative businesses to the greater V&A Waterfront community – and make money too!
The recent markets had kids selling their handmade products, while learning what it takes to run a profitable venture from a young age. And the kids had loads of fun doing it!
Our young entrepreneurs are excited to show and sell some of the cutest, tastiest and most creative goodies for you to enjoy!
Come down and support, they cannot wait to meet you! Please make sure to carry cash and cards as some of the participants will be taking cash, but will also have card facilities (Yoco included), Snapscan and Zapper.
Terms & Conditions:
Moms or Dad please remember that all products must be made by the young entrepreneurs.
Kids between the ages of 6 and 15 years are eligible to apply.
If you are short listed we will send you an application link to complete via the V&A website.
Once applications have been submitted, they will be reviewed by an internal committee and participants will be notified as soon as applications close.
Each child will have an opportunity to trade on one of the days.
Each entrepreneur will be responsible to dress their stand and create their own signage.
The V&A Waterfront will provide one table and table cloth for each trader.
