City of Cape Town’s Helderberg Nature Reserve in Somerset West will be hosting its final sunset concert this Sunday, 24 February 2019. Music artists Mike and the Harmonix will be doing a special tribute show which Abba fans would not want to miss out on. Concert-goers are encouraged to arrive at 15:00 to secure a good seat and enjoy the reserve. The concert will start at 17:00.
The Helderberg Nature Reserve has been hosting summer sunset concerts for the past 16 years. This season’s programme kicked off on 9 December and has been particularly successful. The five concerts to date featured talented local artists including the likes of the Shiraz band to Jessie Jordan. The Helderberg reserve is one of 16 special nature reserves run by the City which offer a diverse range of activities as well as biodiversity.
