Actors Elliot, Stanley and Melvin are struggling to hold on to their remaining dignity while dressed as oversized teddy bears entertaining small children in a shopping mall. A devious child is hellbent on making their lives even worse. Champ, written by Louis Viljoen and directed by Greg Karvellas, is a racy, laugh-a-second comedy with fine performances by the talented cast: Oliver Booth – Stanley, Mark Elderkin – Melvin, Nicholas Pauling – Elliot, Pierre Malherbe – Waldo and a sharp cameo performance by Jenny Stead playing the Centre Manager.
