Anele Mdoda welcomes baby boy
Radio host Anele Mdoda welcomed her first child, Alakhe-Ilizwe, on the evening of August 10. Radio station 94.7 Highveld Stereo confirmed the birth of Mdoda’s baby boy on Twitter on August 11. The media personality also tweeted @anele
The couple has twin boys together who might be caught in the middle of the nasty split, according to reports. Kani, who stars in Mzansi Magic local’s drama series, It’s Complicated, has been flaunting his blossoming relationship with It’s Complicated co-star and now fiancée, Fikile Mthwalo.
But Kani’s behaviour has left a bitter taste in Mdoda’s mouth. She took to Twitter to express her disappointment in the way Kani is handling the spilt from her sister. We are not sure what prompted Mdoda’s reaction but she came at Kani guns blazing.

Christina Aguilera heads to South Africa
International pop singer and The Voice judge Christina Aguilera is the second international headliner for news broadcaster ANN7’s annual South African of the Year (SATY 2015) awards ceremony, which will take place at the Ticketpro Dome, Jo’burg, on October 17.
Aguilera will share the stage with fellow US popstar Jason Derulo and local artists AKA, The Soil and Chiano Sky.
ANN7 announced the news of Aguilera’s visit to South Africa on August 11. The songbird who burst into the entertainment industry through the kids TV show, The Mickey Mouse Club, has given us hits such as What A Girl Wants and Dirrty and has received six Grammy awards.
Tributes pour in for Big Nuz member
South African Music award-winning group Big Nuz was set to promote their latest album For The Fans when news of the death of group member, R Mashesha (born- Sibusiso Khomo), rocked the local music industry. Khomo died on August 7 following complications after undergoing surgery, EWN reported.
