The Sanlam Art Round Up on FMR this week focused on group shows at four different galleries – Kalk Bay Modern, Sarah Walters Ceramic Gallery, Daor Contemporary and Deepest Darkest.

Kalk Bay Modern have their annual Sculpture & Ceramics exhibition running right now.  An ideal time to see what’s new and be tempted to spoil yourself or find the perfect gift for the festive season.

Sarah Walters Ceramics Gallery has a show entitled Landscapes, featuring works by herself, David Walters and painter Diane Harper. A beautifully curated exhibition that has its   own quiet energy

Daor Contemporary presents  Quiddity – another term for the essence of an object, literally its “whatness” or “what it is”. The inherent nature of someone or something. This is a group exhibition featuring twelve exciting local contemporary talents working in a variety of mediums.
