The Jewish Literary Festival in association with Jonathan Ball Publishers are proud to present Heather Morris, author of the international best seller ‘The Tattooist of Auschwitz”, in conversation with Cape Talk’s Pippa Hudson on Monday May 20.
Fresh from her appearance at the Franschhoek Literary Festival, New Zealand born Heather Morris has penned an extraordinary novel based on the true story of Lale Sokolov.
‘The Tattooist of Auschwitz” is a story of love and hope that survived in the very worst of circumstances it speaks of displacement, trauma and survival while being moving, confronting and above all uplifting. Meet her and hear the story behind the story as well as speaking about the upcoming sequel.
