“When Art and Charity Meet” – Art Auction and Exhibition is a collaboration between Link2Grow, New Heritage Gallery and Spencer Street Art Studio.
Link2Grow is an NPO committed to the advancement of women. Funds from this event are for the new mentorship programme at Good Hope Seminary and other projects that empower women and girls.
Artists from Spencer Street Studio are each donating a painting for the auction and other paintings are on the exhibition and for sale.
LAUNCH: at the New Heritage Gallery and enjoy a glass of wine on the evening of Wednesday 6 September from 5.30pm till late.
AUCTION: Saturday 9 September at 2pm at the charity auction in the Heritage Square courtyard. You can join up for the HQ lunch special before hand. (R120, Booking at HQ: 021-424 6373)
The gallery will be open for First Thursday on 7 September from 5-9pm.
Exhibition runs from Monday 4 to Thursday 28 September at New Heritage Gallery and D’Vine Art Room. A percentage of sales to Link2Grow projects.
