Social distancing with sharks and a quick (legal) beach visit are all in a day’s work at the Two Oceans Aquarium.
“Although the Two Oceans Aquarium is closed, we don’t get to take a break when it comes to caring for our animals. Every day’s challenges are unique – from teaching social distancing to sharks and checking up on Nemo’s home, to making a lockdown beach visit to find food for hungry snails.”
That’s all part of a day’s work for Animal Health Coordinator, Tersia Greenstone!
Message from Two Oceans: “If you’d like to support the Aquarium’s work during lockdown and help us keep up our vital, if somewhat random, daily adventures in animal care, conservation and education, you can find ways to help out here (including getting tickets in anticipation of our reopening).
