Giblet Knows Best by Giblet and Mrs Mouse aka Emmaleen Kriel
Author of two books and mother of seven Emmaleen Kriel has now produced a cooking memoir written by her alter ego Giblet – pronounced with a soft G as in George. He is the cloth doll made for her children left behind in the rush as the others left home. Giblet said he wanted to write a cook book for all the families out there, who had little money but wanted to know how to make the best mashed potatoes in the world!
