The musical HATS OFF is back at the Theatre on the Bay by public demand!
JONATHAN ROXMOUTH and LOUIS ZURNAMER return with Hats Off, a recap of the madcap musical antics of the famous British comedy duo, Michael Flanders and Donald Swann.
